-Computer Doctor Hawaii business which was merged with NetEnterprise, Inc., the largest IT business in Hawaii

·  President, CEO, CFO and Controller of Princeville Development Corporation a 6,000 acre resort on the North Shore of Kauai

-President of BC Inc, a financial consulting company

· Over 3 decades experience in accounting/human resources/finance/operations management for small and medium businesses, as owner, consultant, or employee in wide variety of industries including real estate development, health care, tourism/entertainment/service related, high tech and non –profit entities, for both private and public companies.

- 5 years international public accounting experience at Coopers & Lybrand (PriceWaterhouseCoopers).

· 30 years in Hawaii as a small business co- owner, including Voice-Tel, Computer Doctor, NetEnterprise and BC Inc
